Automated Manufacturing System
In a team of 4, we designed and modeled a pick and place machine for an educational setting. The design utilizes an automated vacuum head that can be automatically changed to support a larger variety of electronic components. My role primarily involved designing the reel system, the vacuum head system, and the automated head changer.

Project Overview
This collaborative project involved a team of 4 designing and modeling a pick-and-place machine specifically for educational applications. The system features an innovative automated vacuum head changer that enables handling of diverse electronic components, making it ideal for teaching automated manufacturing concepts.
Key Features:
- Automated vacuum head system for component handling
- Automatic head changer for multiple component types
- Reel system design for component feeding
- Educational setting optimized design
- Team collaboration (4 members) with specialized roles
Technologies Used:
My Contributions:
- Reel System Design: Designed the component reel feeding mechanism
- Vacuum Head System: Developed the vacuum pickup technology
- Automated Head Changer: Engineered the automatic tool changing system

Adjustable Power Supply Board
2024For a design course, the goal was to design an op-amp based circuit board to create an adjustable power supply board. This project includes the design, manufacturing, and calibration of the power supply. The power supply can be adjusted to provide different output voltages and current capabilities as required. The project involved creating the schematic, designing the PCB layout, and testing the final product to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
Impact: Successfully designed, manufactured, and calibrated a fully functional adjustable power supply with op-amp based voltage regulation and current limiting capabilities
Library Bookstand Design
2022In a team of 6, we were given the problem of designing a better book stand for a library. The current system involved creating a custom book mount out of matboard for every single book, each time. 12 of these bookstands were then created for the client, and are now being used in their latest book exhibit.
Impact: Successfully designed and implemented 12 bookstands for library use, now serving as teaching examples for APS111 and APS112 engineering courses
