Amusement Park Ride Design

In this project, I was required to design a functional amusement park ride. I chose to design a drop tower. The lifting and dropping mechanisms were implemented using L293D motor drivers. The project demonstrates mechanical design, motor control, and safety considerations for thrill ride engineering.

The current system involved creating a custom book mount out of matboard for every single book, each time. 12 of these bookstands were then created for the client, and are now being used in their latest book exhibit.
