Audio Electronics Game Integration
In this project, I was required to design a speaker circuit and implement it into a creative design. After designing the circuit, I used it to create a custom version of the "Operation" board game. The circuit was developed using copper clad board, Ilfosol 3 film developer, Ferric Chloride hexahydrate, and a UV exposure machine.

Copper Clad Board Preparation
Started with copper clad board as the base material for the PCB fabrication process.
UV Exposure
Used UV exposure machine to transfer the circuit pattern onto the photosensitive film.
Chemical Development
Applied Ilfosol 3 film developer to reveal the circuit pattern on the copper board.
Etching Process
Used Ferric Chloride hexahydrate solution to etch away unwanted copper, leaving the circuit traces.
Component Assembly
Soldered electronic components onto the fabricated PCB to complete the speaker circuit.
Game Integration
Integrated the completed speaker circuit into the custom Operation board game design.

Adjustable Power Supply Board
2024For a design course, the goal was to design an op-amp based circuit board to create an adjustable power supply board. This project includes the design, manufacturing, and calibration of the power supply. The power supply can be adjusted to provide different output voltages and current capabilities as required. The project involved creating the schematic, designing the PCB layout, and testing the final product to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
Impact: Successfully designed, manufactured, and calibrated a fully functional adjustable power supply with op-amp based voltage regulation and current limiting capabilities
Police Car System
2019Design and construction of a foam & wood-scale vehicle outfitted with functional steering, flashing police lights, and realistic siren audio. Electronics used include 555 timer circuits for lighting/siren patterns and L293D motor drivers for motorized steering and drive.
Impact: Demonstrated integration of mechanical fabrication and embedded electronics: motor control, LED lighting patterns, and audio generation, plus remote control operation for a cohesive prototype.
